TSFLIP Chapter 976

On Monday night, the classes for Division A were about to begin.

In a brightly lit room, a girl in a black school uniform stared at herself in the mirror with a headache coming on. There were bite marks on her neck, a few faint ones on her exposed calves, and when she lifted her skirt slightly, clear red marks were visible on the inside of her pale thighs.

She dropped her skirt and turned to shout at the man lying on the bed pretending to sleep. “Why haven’t these marks faded yet!?”

The night before, when she realized the bite marks hadn’t disappeared as quickly as usual, she’d already asked about it. Ming’an had told her it was because he’d bitten her a little too much this time and that a night’s sleep would fix everything. But when she woke up in his arms that morning, the marks were still there—and now an entire day and night had passed, and they still hadn’t faded as he’d promised.

Ming’an kept his eyes closed, looking as though he were truly asleep.

Unwilling to accept that, she jumped onto the bed and shook him hard. “Ming’an… get up! If you keep pretending to sleep, I’m going to ignore you!”

“What’s wrong?” he finally asked, cracking one eye open, convincingly looking as though he’d just woken up.

Fengguang bit his neck in frustration. “How am I supposed to go to class like this?”

“What’s the problem?” he asked lazily, gently stroking her head where it rested against his shoulder, seemingly unfazed by her bite.

She let go with a defeated sigh. “You tell me—my whole body is covered in these… these… bite marks you left. How am I supposed to face anyone?”

“Then don’t go to class.” He pulled her into his arms and let her curl up against him. Closing his eyes again, he said lazily, “Nighttime is for sleeping anyway. Stay here and sleep with me.”

“I can’t. I’ve already skipped a whole week of classes.” It wasn’t because she loved studying—she just had no choice. “Last week, when I didn’t show up, Situ You thought I’d been kidnapped by werewolves and never came back. If I skip again, what if he calls my parents?”

She still remembered the last time her parents came to school—her mother had lectured her until she fell asleep.

“Then I’ll call your parents and tell them not to come.”

“No! My dad might be easygoing, but my mom is way too smart. What if she figures out we’re involved? That would be a disaster.” She grabbed his hand and shook it pitifully. “They’d definitely make me transfer or leave you. Do you want me to leave?”

That really was a problem. Changing someone’s memories too many times could cause serious side effects—like turning them into an idiot or worse…

Ming’an sighed. “Kiss me.”

She obediently leaned in and kissed his lips, even mimicking him by lightly brushing his lips with her tongue. “Good Ming’an, are you satisfied now?”

“No,” he replied lazily. But he still sat up in bed. Seeing how obedient she looked, he couldn’t bring himself to refuse. Lowering his head, he bared his fangs and bit into her neck. Unlike the night before, he didn’t pull away quickly. He held her close as she gasped against him, clutching his collar helplessly. Only after the intense rush faded did he withdraw his fangs, licking over her skin before finally letting her go several minutes later.

Her cheeks were flushed a deep, tempting red. When she looked down and saw the bite marks on her legs had completely disappeared, she didn’t understand what he’d done—but since the marks were finally gone, she felt completely satisfied.
