“You went to Osiris Academy too?”

A nostalgic look crossed Xia Chao’s face. “Yes. You don’t yet understand how difficult it is for a vampire to gain admission to Osiris Academy.”

“Isn’t it easy to get in?”

“That just shows you didn’t do your homework.” Xia Chao gave her a light smack on the head. “Osiris Academy was founded personally by our vampire progenitor, Osiris himself. Even this town exists because of the great Osiris. It has a history of over a thousand years. Do you really think a school this prestigious lets just anyone enroll?”
