TSFLIP Chapter 323

At 6 PM, Liu Han drove back to the mansion. By then, An Yi had already returned to the old house and, upon hearing that Feng Guang had nearly been attacked, he was quite shaken.

“How are you? Are you hurt?”

“I’m fine. An Yi showed up and helped me.”

“An Yi? Who is he?”

“He’s a friend I met at the old house. I’ll introduce you to him some other time.”

“Let’s not worry about him right now. The fact that you were attacked is a big deal.” Liu Han was visibly upset. “Qiu Liang even said this hotel was safe. Now it turns out, it’s not so safe after all. I need to speak with the hotel manager.”

Liu Han took Feng Guang and went to find Qiu Liang. Upon hearing about the incident, Qiu Liang expressed his usual concern for Feng Guang. The three of them then went to see the hotel manager.

The manager, a middle-aged, plump man, knew Feng Guang’s identity and was immediately anxious. If anything happened to her in his hotel, he could already imagine that her fans would destroy the place with their collective fury.

Luckily, the hotel had security cameras. The manager quickly pulled up the footage, but when they saw it, all four of them were shocked.

The footage showed Feng Guang speaking to the empty elevator. Then, she hurriedly walked down the hallway, appearing scared. When she reached the corner of the hall, she seemed to spot someone, backing away in fear, before running off.

Throughout the entire video, it was just her alone—no one else appeared.

Feng Guang blinked once, frozen, unable to speak.

The manager smiled politely. “I think… Miss Xia just needs to relax a bit. As for the attack… it seems to have been a figment of Miss Xia’s imagination, don’t you think, Miss Liu?”

Liu Han shot a concerned glance at the stunned Feng Guang before turning coldly toward the manager. “What do you mean, ‘figment of her imagination’? Your hotel isn’t clean! Don’t try to shift the blame onto my Feng Guang.”

Liu Han was that kind of person—though she didn’t fully believe she was right, she would still stand up for her loved ones. It was a typical case of protecting those close to her.

“Miss Liu, you shouldn’t say that. We value our hotel’s reputation.”

Qiu Liang stepped in to mediate. “I think Miss Xia looks unwell. Liu Han, why don’t you take her back to rest? As for safety, manager, please make sure you don’t slack off.”

The manager repeatedly assured, “Of course, Mr. Qiu. As a valued guest, we will continue to strengthen our security to ensure that everyone stays safe.”

“It better be,” Liu Han said coldly, then softened her tone as she turned to Feng Guang. “I’ll stay with you and make sure you rest.”

Feng Guang didn’t speak. She just followed Liu Han back silently, her expression unreadable. Perhaps she wasn’t thinking anything at all.

Qiu Liang smiled briefly. “Manager, about today’s incident…”

“Don’t worry, Mr. Qiu. I won’t say anything more.” The manager, being a shrewd person, quickly understood the unspoken message.

If news of the famous star Xia Feng Guang suffering from hallucinations were to leak, it would certainly cause a huge scandal.

Was it just a hallucination?

Feng Guang didn’t believe it. Sitting on the bed with her knees hugged to her chest, there wasn’t the slightest hint of confusion in her eyes. She didn’t believe she had hallucinated.

Liu Han saw that Feng Guang remained silent and didn’t push her. She gently patted her head. “I’m in the room next door. If you need anything, just call me.”

Feng Guang nodded, and Liu Han left the room.
