[QTC] MBDT Chapter 1708

“Hmm.” Chu Li responded coldly.

Xu Moting, knowing his character and how easily he could offend people, immediately asked, “Butler, where is my room?”

The butler said to Chu Li, “Mr. Chu, then I won’t disturb your rest.”

Then he turned to Xu Moting, “Mr. Xu, your room is next to Mr. Chu’s. Please follow me.”

At the same time, the passenger plane that Bei Yutang was on landed slowly at Pusen Island Airport an hour later. All the flights at the airport were international flights, and a wave of heat swept over them as soon as they got off the plane.

After leaving the airport, the Bei family took a taxi directly to the hotel they had booked.

The hotel they stayed at was a renowned five-star villa hotel in the area. The entire hotel consisted of only twenty-eight villas, each independent with its own swimming pool, and rooms offering amenities such as a gym, spa, and hot spring.

Of course, if you were so inclined, you could also host parties, have barbecues, or cook your own meals in your villa.

The hotel’s butler will arrange everything according to the guests’ needs, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. Of course, such high-level service comes at a price.

When Bei’s family checked into the hotel, they were extremely satisfied with the environment. Their villa faced directly onto the bay, offering ocean views, and the beach was directly accessible from their room.

Seeing the fully equipped kitchen, Bei’s mother turned to the father and daughter inside and said, “When we came by car, I saw a market on the island with lots of seafood. We can cook seafood ourselves.”

Bei Yutang stepped forward, put her arm around her shoulder, and whispered, “Mom, you’re here for a vacation, not to cook.”

Bei Lizong nodded repeatedly, “Your daughter is right. Enjoy your trip this time. Don’t go into the kitchen, lest you see it and can’t resist cooking.”

Bei’s mother laughed at their suggestion, “Okay, okay, okay, I won’t go in. Don’t beg me to cook for you if you don’t like the food here.”

Bei Yutang, not one to mince words, interrupted, “Mom, you probably don’t know, do you? Three of the world’s most famous dishes are served here, and the chef at this hotel is top-notch internationally. Many people come here specifically to dine.”

She paused, then, noticing Bei’s mother’s glare, changed her tone, “Of course, no matter how good their cooking is, it can’t compare to yours, Mom. Dad, you agree, right?”

Bei Lizong readily agreed, “That’s right.”

Bei’s mother tapped Bei Yutang’s forehead with her finger, smiling, “You two, father and daughter, are really going at it, saying everything!”

After a night on the plane, all three were tired. After settling into their rooms, they took baths, ate the hotel’s lunch, and then went to rest.

At 5:10 PM, Bei Yutang, who was sleeping on the second floor, woke up from her dream. As she sat up, she caught a glimpse of the sunset outside the window. The golden afterglow on the horizon and the azure sea appeared simultaneously in one scene, like a natural landscape painting—vibrant, beautiful, and multifaceted.

In the distance, the azure coastline stretched out, and fiery red clouds filled the sky. Before her, tall, lush palm trees swayed in the sea breeze—a truly magnificent sunset seascape.

So beautiful!
