Everyone was whispering quietly.

 

On the other side, Luo Xi, a woman in her thirties with red-rimmed eyes and wearing a suit and a tight skirt, entered the office in high heels and a few books in hand.

 

Luo Xi stood behind, feeling a little uneasy.

 

Didn’t she request a leave? So why was the old witch still looking for her?

Luo Xi found it unbelievable. The evil old witch who had been vicious for ten thousand years actually said such words? Not only that, she said those words as if she was trying to enlighten someone who couldn’t think about it!

 

Luo Xi blinked her eyes. She wondered if she had displayed any extreme behavior that made the teacher believe that something was wrong.

 

Soon, Luo Xi realized that the teacher’s concern might be because of the many rumors circulating about her in school. These rumors, combined with her big improvement in academics and change in behavior, had caught the teacher’s attention. The teacher had likely suspected that something had happened to her or that she was emotionally affected. She was afraid that she might have gone astray, so she said all this!

 

In an instant, Luo Xi’s good impression of this teacher increased a lot.

 

So as long as she showed a little seriousness, people would care about her.

 

It was a pity that she didn’t make any progress in her previous life.

 

“Thank you, teacher. I’m fine. It’s just that some things happened recently that made me see things differently. I will study hard and won’t let you down, Teacher!” Luo Xi said earnestly.
