In the live broadcast room, the children’s performance continued.
The kid Li Li was as big as a little devil.
Without Xiao Qin by her side, Su Hehe was very relaxed and cheerful.
After Zhou Yan was reminded by the program team, he began to cooperate. Slowly, the audience discovered his shining point.
Although this child did not like to say anything, he was very smart and independent. He was different from other children. Many people were curious about him and tried to find out more about his original family.
As for Qi Qi, she was ‘other people’s child1别人家的孩子, biérénjiā de háizi: 别人家 means “other families,” and 孩子 are “kids.” Literally translated as “other people’s kid”.
This term actually refers to those who have been excellent in many aspects (especially academic performance) since childhood and are often mentioned as role models by other parents to spur their own kids to work harder.
This expression jokingly reveals the fact that many Chinese parents are keen to compare their own children with other kids and are not very good at seeing the merits in their own offspring.’. Everyone said that she was taught very well by Ruan Qingqing and was an excellent child.
Between them, An An seemed out of place.
She was the youngest and knew nothing. She was just a quiet spectator.
This quiet audience looked bewildered. She was like a little fan, watching the performances of the brothers and sisters.
Everyone said that the dressed-up An An was also a little princess, but why did the little princess become a supporting role?
She was no worse than any other child, and she deserved to shine.
The teacher said that the children could get out of class first. Tomorrow morning, the program team wil arrange a timetable with her and officially give the children’s ‘classes’.
“Even if it’s summer vacation now, we can’t waste time.” The teacher said to them.
The classroom door opened. The children ran out one after another.
Zhou Yan was the first to come out. He remembered the reminder from the program team, walked up to Jin Kejian and Li Rongrong, and shouted: “Father Jin, Mother Li.”
Li Li jumped up and down, looking like a confused little cutie, and naturally pulled Jiang Lin’s hand: “Mom Jiang, can we eat burgers tonight?”
In fact, he quite liked this strange adult.
Su Hehe’s father knew that Xiao Qin couldn’t handle the child, so he came over in the afternoon and waited outside.
As soon as the little girl saw him, she spread her arms enthusiastically and rushed toward him: “Dad!”
As soon as Qi Qi left the classroom door, she blushed and asked Ruan Qingqing: “Mom! Have you seen Qi Qi’s performance?”
“I saw it. It’s great!” Ruan Qingqing hugged her.
An An was the last one to come out.
She was so small that she was left behind. Even when she stood on tiptoes, she couldn’t see Mo Sui.
It wasn’t until her brothers and sisters called ‘Mom and Dad’ one after another and were picked up by adults and the crowd gradually dispersed that her eyes fell on her intern mother.
The little dumpling’s eyes suddenly became bright.
Afraid of keeping her intern mother waiting, she trotted over: “Auntie, the teacher said that the class is over and we can go home.”
An An found that she seemed to particularly like the word ‘home’.
Looking at the child’s timid yet full of longing look, Mo Sui was startled.
An An was small and didn’t see her earlier, but she kept her eyes on the child.
Why was a four-year-old child always feeling lonely and comforting herself?
Mo Sui didn’t want An An to always be envious of others.
So subconsciously, she said: “During these fifteen days of the program, you can also call me Mom.”
An An was stunned. Her long eyelashes dropped and then raised slightly.
After a long time, she timidly said: “Mother Mo.”
“There’s no need to add ‘Mo’.” Mo Sui said, “You can just call me Mom.”
An An digested this sentence for a long time.
Her little face turned red and she spoke cautiously.
“Mom.”
The feeling this title brought to An An was too strange.
She didn’t feel comfortable with it. Shouting once was not enough and wanted to shout a few more times.
“Mom…”
“Mom…”
The crunchy and sweet little milk sound was accompanied by deep joy.
Her beautiful eyes were full of hope and disbelief.
Facing An An’s clear eyes, Mo Sui couldn’t help but be dazzled.
Maybe there was still resistance in her heart, and there was pain that couldn’t be touched.
However, she wanted to see this child happy.
Somehow, she always felt that this was her responsibility.

I will really appreciate it. ❤️❤️❤️

So happy for An An ^^
The trope in cnovels never fail to baffled me, what do you mean you cant love more than one child? I dont think one child policy was the factor, its just the way novels written: soap opera and melo dramatic.
Its not that she cant love more than 1 child. In the earlier chapters we learnt that she is clinically depressed and possibly suic*dal. The reason is her daughter died either in an accident or illness and she blames herself for it because she was not there at the time but at a movie set. So yep. She cant make herself give love to this kid because she feels like it is betraying her own daughter who died because of her ‘neglect’. Though lets be honest as far as child rearing cliches go there is 99% chance that MC is actually Movie Empress’ daughter and there is some convoluted reason why she was taken away and given to an orphanage. If not I would be even happier because it would be a story of found families but considering how much chinese valuing ‘blood’ there is no way thats happening so yea
