The two children played for a while. 

Then it was time to eat.

So several children were called to eat together.

Little Duan Xinyi didn’t like eating very much. Her little mouth was pouting, and her face was long as she said, “I’m not hungry at all. I don’t want to eat.”

Jiang Yingyu said to her, her tone somewhat serious, “If you don’t want to eat, then you can just play here by yourself. You won’t get any food if you’re hungry this afternoon.”

“But my little sister has to go eat.” Duan Xinyi said, a little unhappy after being scolded by her mother.

“There are so many delicious foods.” The little girl exclaimed, eager to eat.

Although today was her first day here, Little Zhuzhu had never been a reserved person.

She had already become quite familiar with her older sister, Duan Xinyi, and her sister’s mother was also a very kind person.

So Zhuzhu’s courage had naturally grown considerably.

The older brother, Jiang Yichen, was already seated, sitting upright and looking as straight as a bamboo stalk.

Duan Xinyi washed her hands, looked at the people who were sitting down, and slowly and reluctantly sat down in her seat.

Her expression wasn’t good; eating was like torture for her.

Jiang Yichen said to her, “Look, even your little sister is more obedient than you.”

Duan Xinyi stuck out her tongue at her brother and winked at Zhuzhu.

Zhuzhu said, “Sister, the food in your house looks delicious.”

Jiang Yingyu smiled happily: “If Zhuzhu likes it, eat more later.”

Zhuzhu nodded obediently, “Yes, Auntie.”

Zhuzhu looked so well-behaved, and then Jiang Yingyu looked at her own daughter, who hadn’t even started eating yet and was already looking miserable. She couldn’t help but shake her head.

They are all children. Why is her own child different?

Zhuzhu was hungry; she wanted to start eating.

But no one had touched their chopsticks yet.

Zhuzhu asked her father: “Dad, can we eat now?”

Jiang Yingyu picked up her chopsticks and started serving food to the children, saying with a smile, “Eat! Who are we waiting for?”

Little Zhuzhu stood up, but her arms were not long enough to reach the chicken drumstick, so she could only ask her father for help: “Dad, I want to eat that big chicken drumstick, but I can’t reach it.”

Duan Zihui picked up some food for her and poured her some soup.

After serving the soup, he reminded Zhuzhu: “Be careful, it’s hot.”
