To be honest, Su Zhengxing admired the courage of the little girl in front of him.

In Baitian, or in the past few years, there were not many women who dared to talk to him like this.

He wanted to see what tricks she could come up with.

Su Zhengxing did not refuse and put one hand into his trousers, “What do you want to eat, Classmate Lin?”

Lin Qiao walked forward and smiled.

“Western food?”

“Sure.” Lin Qiao smiled.

The car drove on the busy road for a while and finally stopped in front of a restaurant in the downtown area.

The restaurant has an excellent geographical location, right at the four-way intersection between two large shopping malls. It is a single-family building with red walls and a flat roof.

Although this restaurant is a Western-style building, it incorporates many ancient Chinese landscaping techniques. There is a century-old ginkgo tree in front of the building. Under the ginkgo tree, there is a small goldfish pond. The golden leaves fall down, which has the charm of a mansion in the Republic of China.

Su Zhengxing got out of the car and walked into the restaurant, and Lin Qiao followed behind.

The space inside the restaurant is very spacious, with tall floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides. The interior decoration is in the British classical style. The walnut small round tables and chairs of the same color can be seen everywhere.

It was noon. The sun was high in the sky. The golden sunlight passed through the thin gauze curtains. Due to the Tyndall effect, it diffused in the air and cast golden light on the ground.

Although it was a working day today, there were no customers in such a large restaurant in this prime location. It was really a bit deserted.

Hearing the ring of the door, a male waiter wearing an apron immediately appeared behind the front desk.

“Hello, welcome…”

Before the male waiter finished his welcome, he heard a voice above his head saying, “Pengpeng, bring the guests up.”

The person who spoke was a young woman wearing a light blue sweater standing at the railing on the second floor.

Lin Qiao looked in the direction of the voice.

The woman had refreshing Japanese-style short hair and was holding a ragdoll cat in her arms.

She also looked at them.

“The private room on the second floor is reserved for you.”

She said this to Su Zhengxing, but her eyes fell on Lin Qiao without hesitation.

Lin Qiao felt that the atmosphere was not right, so she hurriedly asked the person in her mind.

“Do you know this person?”

“It sounds like Wen Dai.”

“What is the relationship between you two? Why do I think it’s a bit abnormal?”

Since her financial sponsor said that it was none of her business, Lin Qiao naturally would not cause trouble.

She just followed Su Zhengxing obediently to the private room on the second floor.
