It Doesn't Matter, Just Regard It As A Bite From A Dog!! (2)

Lin Qiao was so angry that she laughed. She had originally planned to endure it for the sake of their relationship, but now it seemed that she should not have endured it!

“Keep oneself clean, right? Aunt, you are so good at teaching people, so why don’t you teach your brother to keep himself clean? He has no house or car, and he coveted the woman’s property and also cheated on his wife. The mistress even came to his door, but he didn’t even dare to fart. Is this how you teach people to keep themselves clean? I dare not learn from you!”

Lin Qiao touched her sore spot, so the aunt immediately turned green with anger.

The uncle also came to blame her, “Lin Qiao, why do you speak so harshly?”

Lin Qiao seemed to have heard something very funny.

“Is it harsh? No matter how harsh my words are, are they as bad as what you did? Uncle, when will you pay back the 30,000 yuan you owed us for opening a bathhouse with someone else ten years ago? Was the bathhouse opened for people to take baths or for you to have lovers? Who did my cousin learn this temper from? It turns out that the upper beam is not straight, so the lower beam is crooked!”

“Lin Qiao!”

Her mother, Zhuang Yun, was so angry that she wanted to hit her.

Father Lin didn’t want to embarrass himself in front of relatives and hurriedly pulled her back. He also scolded Lin Qiao, “Lin Qiao! Hurry up and apologize to your uncle and aunt!”

“Why should I apologize?” Lin Qiao asked back.

“Why didn’t they apologize to me when they belittled me and said I was not as good as others? Why didn’t you think of defending me at that time?!”

“You are not as good as Cheng Ling. That’s the truth!” Zhuang Yun stimulated her.

Lin Qiao completely exploded, “Tell the truth?! Wasn’t what I just said the truth?”

“You! Get out of here!” Zhuang Yun was so angry that she almost fainted.

Lin Qiao turned back to her room, changed her clothes, slammed the door, and left with her bag on her back.

Lin Ji wanted to chase her, but he was stopped by Zhuang Yun.

“Don’t bother with her! Let her go! It’s outrageous!”

Lin Qiao cried all the way out of the house and shed tears on a bench in a nearby park.

“Do you think it’s my fault too?”

She asked Su Zhengxing in her consciousness.

Su Zhengxing couldn’t answer her question.

He was an orphan. His father died early. His mother remarried when he was still an infant. His grandmother raised him alone.

When he was seven years old, his mother, who remarried to the next village, died in a car accident. A year later, his grandmother died of a serious illness on a winter night. When he woke up in the morning, he found that his grandmother beside him was no longer breathing.

Su Zhengxing became an orphan and lived in an orphanage until he was fifteen years old, when he met Mr. Qin at a ceremony to sponsor poor students, who changed his life.

He became Mr. Qin’s adopted son, and Mr. Qin treated him very well, but he knew that they were not real father and son. He was the whetstone that Mr. Qin cultivated for Qin Shen.

He was indifferent to family affection, so he didn’t feel lost and always abided by his duty as a whetstone.

Lin Qiao wiped away her tears and said, “Forget it. There are eight out of ten things in life that are not satisfactory. I will just regard it as a bite from a dog!”

She said, sniffing and preparing to go back to school.

Just as she got up, a prompt message popped up on WeChat.

A person with the ID ‘God Zhuo’ added her, but she ignored it. After a while, another message popped up, still from this person named ‘God Zhuo’. There was a note under the friend request: [Lin Qiao, I am Ouyang Zhuo, please approve~]

Ouyang Zhuo?

Lin Qiao recalled.

Oh! It seems to be the nephew of Bai Mengying’s blind date, the young man with dreadlocks who caused her to go to the police station!

Thank you for the chapter! I’m so sorry that it brought up memories. It’s so sad that anyone does that and it hurts so much more when the people closest to us don’t stand up.

  2. Alpah says:

Been through something similar where my someone took advantage of my granny’s absence to rally others against me just because I answered ‘yes?’ when she called at a drinking house where I sold. I had a fiery and immediately wanted to retort but my brother shook his head at me so I held it in till only the woman and my lil sis’s dad who kept quiet throughout the ordeal were left before quarrelling with her. She was the one who lost sleep that day and not me😏
