TTPAC [QT] Chapter 2.1

When Shutong woke up, Ji Chu had already left.

Her phone showed the cold message he sent her at five in the morning.

[Shen Shutong, from today on, you and I are free.]

Shutong pressed the talk button and said in a sweet and cute voice with the nasal sound she gets in the morning, “Hmph!”

After sending the message, she slowly got down from the bed.

Naturally, there was no reply from the other side, but he did not block or delete her either.

“Hiss…” 

Shutong gasped as she pulled herself up, her hands and legs aching from the strain.

It had to be said that Ji Chu was really crueler than usual last night. He was not satisfied until he heard her begging for mercy in a hoarse voice. “Shen Shutong, where are you? Who approved your leave? I’ll have Chen Zhuo pick you up. Come over right away.” 

Qu Yiming’s voice rang out from the other side.

“Why should I care about you, Shen Shutong? I order you to come here immediately!” 

The person on the other end seemed really anxious, and after a low growl, he hung up the phone.

Shutong glanced at the time. It was already two o’clock in the afternoon.

She touched her belly and sat down at the small dining table.

After removing the plastic wrap in front of her, she saw the fried dumplings.

She didn’t even bother to wash up, but started eating directly to soothe her deflated stomach.

When she lowered her head, she smelled the fragrance of her own hair, which made her feel even happier.

Ji Chu had even washed her hair, and hmm…he’d even used a hair mask, so her hair was extra soft and supple.

Ji Chu had told her a long time ago that with her personality, she would definitely suffer in society, so he chose jobs for her, taught her how to interview, how to deal with emergencies at work, and how to get along with her superiors…
