Happy Eid Al-Fitr, everyone!

 

The man’s face was suddenly filled with surprise, and his tone became much more polite: “Don’t worry, just follow me. I am from the Fuhai Base, and the villa area is run by our base manager. I promise I won’t cheat you.”

Ruan Ning smiled.

This base is indeed rich and powerful. There are even those double bicycles for viewing houses in scenic spots.

Ruan Ning and Zhou Sulan took one, and Ruan Cifeng and the agent took another.

On the way, the agent introduced the general situation of the villa area and his own name.

His name is Li Yu. The villa was a sea-view villa developed by a real estate developer in the past. Now it has become an asset of the Fuhai Base and has been renamed Fuhai Villa.

After about ten minutes, they arrived at their destination.

Apart from the high temperature of 48 degrees, the environment is pretty good.

There are five security guards guarding the gate of the community, three of whom are playing Landlord.

Seeing Li Yu coming with three people, a security guard took out the key to the gate and said, “Bringing customers again? Can it be done this time?”

The security guard smiled and opened the door.

This villa area is pure villas, without high-rise buildings.

Because it had been soaked in water, the quality of the house looked average, but it should have been cleaned by someone, so it was still clean.

Several of the buildings had been rented out, making them seem more popular than the others.

Li Yu wanted to take them to see the houses around, but Ruan Ning stopped him directly: “Is there a quieter one? We don’t want anyone around us.”

Li Yu looked surprised: “Yes, there is, but it’s far from the security guards. Most people now prefer to live near the door.”

Ruan Ning smiled and said, “Just take me there. We like quiet places.”

The four people continued to walk inside and came to the single-family villa.

There was no one around here, even the first two rows were empty.

Ruan Ning walked around inside and said, “Let’s take this one.”

The sun was out. If they were delayed any longer, they would melt in the sun. They might as well make a decision early.

She took out a pack of cigarettes from her backpack: “This should be enough to pay one month’s rent, right?”

Li Yu immediately laughed: “That’s enough, that’s enough. Then you guys just stay here. I’ll go to the security booth and tell them right away.”

“If there is anything you don’t understand, or if you need help, you can also come to our office to find me.”

Was this a hint that she could use connections to get in through the back door?

Ruan Ning smiled and nodded.

By the time he left, it was almost daybreak.

Ruan Ning and her parents came to the largest bedroom, then moved all the furniture out, and put the bed in the space.

Ruan Cifeng said: “Take out the air conditioner. I will install it at dawn.”

Ruan Ning nodded and placed the air conditioner outdoor unit on the balcony of the room.

Zhou Sulan also took out green plants and flowers from the planting space.

After a simple arrangement, the room became much warmer. Ruan Ning started to put ice cubes in it. In order to achieve a quick cooling effect, she put them in cold storage at once.

After drawing all the curtains, Ruan Ning placed the RV in the living room on the first floor. This way, there was even a shower, which saved a lot of trouble.

After the arrangement was completed, the temperature had reached 52 degrees.

The three of them simply washed up, ate some braised food, and went to sleep.

At 1 a.m., Ruan Cifeng stayed in the villa while Ruan Ning and Zhou Sulan went out for a walk.
