SRTT Chapter 35.2

The mountain village was not a large-scale breeding village, but there were definitely people raising chickens and ducks.

In the current situation, the villagers would definitely take strict precautions and be cautious with her as an outsider.

This mountain village was also far away, across the entire city.

Or she could take the bypass, where there would be no people around, so she could use a speedboat.

Did she want to give it a try?

Fortune and wealth are achieved through risk.

It was not easy to defeat the male protagonist Chu Dingfeng. Not only must she reduce his luck, but she must also increase her own luck so that she could compete with him head-on.

Let’s bet!

Ruan Ning put away her mobile phone and looked at Zhou Sulan with a determined look: “Mom, I found where we should go. Let’s set off right away.”

Zhou Sulan nodded: “Okay.”

They put on warm clothes and then put on waterproof clothing on the outside.

Fortunately, the weather was good today, so they didn’t have to get wet in the rain.

Without disturbing the neighbors, the mother and daughter quickly went out. First, they rowed to a deserted place with a rubber boat and then changed to a speedboat.

Fortunately, there were still taller buildings on the ring road, otherwise, the two of them would have gotten lost.

It took them about an hour to reach the foot of the mountain village.

This place was already flooded, but the terrain was high, so the water was relatively shallow.

Seeing that there was no one around, Ruan Ning put the speedboat into space, then took out two backpacks, and handed one to Zhou Sulan.

It was Zhou Sulan’s first time going out. In addition to being nervous and scared, she was also a little excited: “Should I take a knife?”

Ruan Ning thought for a moment and then took out five knives of different lengths from the space.

“Put them in space first. Don’t touch the knives easily and be careful when you take them out. It’s best to pretend that you took them out of your bag.”

Zhou Sulan nodded nervously.

The two people climbed up the mountain and soon saw the patrol militia organized by the village.

They all held weapons, either hoes, axes, or knives.

Seeing Ruan Ning and her mother, the militia immediately became alert: “Who are you and what are you doing here?”

Ruan Ning quickly raised her hands to show that she was harmless: “We came from the city and wanted to find food here.”

The man asked, “Are you sick?”

Ruan Ning said: “No, no, my mother and I are both healthy. Uncle, can we buy some food from you?”

The man said to the people around him: “Hurry up and call the Village Chief over.”

Then, he looked up at Ruan Ning and said, “Just stand there and don’t come any closer to us. Besides, we have nothing to eat. Isn’t the government giving relief food to you city dwellers?”

Ruan Ning said: “It’s not enough to eat, so let’s find another way.”

“I know you all have a lot of chickens and ducks at home and a lot of eggs. Did the government come to collect them a while ago?”

“How much food did they give you in exchange?”

The militia did not answer.

About ten minutes later, the young man who had just run away came hurriedly over with a man in his sixties. Ruan Ning knew that he was the Village Chief.

Seeing outsiders, the Village Chief was immediately furious: “What are you city people doing here? We have nothing to eat! All the crops are dead!”

Ruan Ning guessed that someone had come here before, so she quickly said, “I’m here to exchange food.”
