“Miss, if you can’t do it, you can ask Mr. Rockefy for help. We won’t laugh at you.” The implication was that he was mocking her for overestimating her own abilities.
Just as he finished speaking, the dart in Bei Yutang’s hand finally flew out and hit the apple.
Bei Yutang took a deep breath as if she was lucky, “I luckily hit the target. Now this gentleman will be the target next.”
The man whose name was called suddenly changed his expression.
Annie was let down and the fat rich man was tied up.
Their actions attracted a lot of attention.
When they learned that Hughes Rockefy was also here, they all gathered around him. Some wanted to establish a relationship with him, while others came just to watch the fun.
Bei Yutang looked at the man tied to the spin wheel board and said to the participants with a smile: “The rules for the second round are still the same. You have to shoot at the object on top of his head, but let’s make it a little more difficult. Before, you had to stand five steps away, this time you have to stand seven steps away. What do you think?”
With so many people watching, how could anyone say no? Naturally, they all nodded in agreement.
When the man tied to the spin wheel board heard this, his eyes widened.
This time, Bei Yutang was the first to throw. She took the dart and waved her hand, scaring the fat rich man so much that he closed his eyes and screamed subconsciously.
After the scream, he heard laughter around him.
The fat-rich man opened his eyes and saw that the dart was still in her hand.
When the fat-rich man thought of his scream just now, his face turned red. He felt ashamed and angry and just wanted to end this damn game quickly.
Bei Yutang said to the man, “Sir, I’m going to shoot. Please get ready.”
“Throw it, throw it.” The fat-rich man was tense, looking at the dart in her hand, his fat body shaking uncontrollably.
Bei Yutang kindly reminded him: “Sir, don’t shake your body. If you shake it, the dart will hit your head.”
The fat rich man’s face froze and he dared not tremble.
With a ‘whoosh’, the dart hit the apple on the top of the fat-rich man’s head in front of his horrified eyes.
The fat-rich man couldn’t help but let out a long sigh of relief.
Of the next five people, three were shot, two deviated from their trajectory, and one passed by his ear, scaring the fat rich man so much that his eyes rolled back and he almost fainted.
When the fat rich man was put down by the waiter, his legs were weak and he needed someone’s support to walk.
The man whose shot missed the target was tied to the spin wheel board miserably.
Just like last time, Bei Yutang said again: “This time, make it more difficult.”
“What’s the difficulty?”
“Stand back ten steps.”
Several wealthy people who attended the event were becoming more and more nervous. Following her pace, it would become more and more terrifying as time went on, which made them even more cautious.
They had played by the rules she mentioned before and didn’t feel anything about it before, but now that it was their turn, they felt scared.
“Okay.” Someone agreed reluctantly.
“I don’t mind.”
They just didn’t believe that she could always be so accurate. There would always be times when she would fail.
Several people nodded in agreement, but the person tied to the spin wheel board felt sorry for himself. After hearing their decision, he was filled with tears.
Hughes looked at the little woman beside him. He was worried that she would fail, but after two rounds of competition, he felt relieved to let her play because none of these people were her match.
