[QTC] MBDT Chapter 1152

Everyone walked in the opposite direction of the wild animal.

About half an hour after they left, a lion with golden hair appeared where they were just now.

The lion sniffed the surroundings, and its huge lion head looked toward the place where Bei Yutang and the others left, with a fierce light in its amber eyes.

The lion followed their scent.

On the other side, Bei Yutang and the others had no idea that they had been targeted.

A dozen people walked for about an hour, and many of them were exhausted.

“We are far enough away from that place, so we might as well find a place nearby to rest.” The blonde said breathlessly.

Bei Yutang refused directly, “No, this place is still too close to that place. If a wild animal comes, it will find us soon. This place is not safe enough.”

Because of the presence of several of them, the team’s walking speed has become very slow.

When the blonde heard this, her face collapsed immediately.

“Do you think it is necessary to walk further?” The blonde turned around and asked those who could not walk.

Those people shook their heads to show their disapproval.

The older middle-aged man said, “Let’s walk for another half an hour and then find a place to rest nearby.”

This compromise was agreed by both parties.

Just as they were about to set off again, Bei Yutang suddenly looked behind her, but she saw nothing.

She stared at the direction behind her suspiciously.

Qian Xiaoyue noticed her strangeness and asked suspiciously, “Yutang, what’s wrong?”

“I always feel like there is something behind us staring at us.” Bei Yutang said in a deep voice.

The feeling was so obvious that she couldn’t ignore it even if she wanted to. But the strange thing was that every time she looked back, there was nothing.

Qian Xiaoyue was so scared when she heard Bei Yutang’s words that the hair on her arms stood up. “D-did you make a mistake?”

The blonde girl also heard Bei Yutang’s words and sneered, “Are you too nervous and a little oversensitive? If someone is staring at us, why didn’t we notice it?”

The others turned their heads and looked around when they heard what she said. There were only bushes higher than waists and towering trees around. Occasionally, they could hear the sound of small animals fleeing in the jungle, but there was nothing else.

“Are you too nervous?” Wang Xin said.

The others all cast the same look, as if Bei Yutang was too nervous and had hallucinations.

Seeing this, Bei Yutang said nothing more.

Now this body had not practiced the Ice Palm, so the facial features remained at the level of ordinary people. The reason why she had that feeling was entirely based on intuition.

“Let’s go.” Bei Yutang said.

Everyone set off again. The blonde sneered and walked forward with her slender waist twisted.

Bei Yutang walked at the end of the team. Before leaving the place, she couldn’t help but look at the dense bushes behind her again.

Suddenly, she saw a pair of amber eyes from the bushes.

When she wanted to confirm, the eyes disappeared again.

Seeing her standing there motionless, Qian Xiaoyue walked up and took her arm, “Let’s go. Don’t think too much.”

After they left, the golden lion, which was twice as big as a normal lion, jumped down from the tree. It shook its head, and its amber eyes stared at Bei Yutang’s back.
