Upon hearing this, Lin Sheng’s heart skipped a beat. He immediately said, “I’m coming right now!”
Judging from the quality of Xiang Nuan’s music video, the other songs certainly wouldn’t be bad either!
Lin Sheng had a premonition that the album would be a nationwide sensation once it was released!
Less than half an hour later, Lin Sheng arrived at Mu Yunge’s apartment.
When Lin Sheng arrived, Mu Yunge was lying on the sofa, lazily playing on her phone.
Getting up to open the door, Mu Yunge tossed him a USB drive, “Take this and listen to it first. Remove anything that doesn’t suit you.”
Hearing this, Lin Sheng immediately nodded, “Okay, you get some rest.”
He finally understood; those rumors online couldn’t affect her at all!
As her agent, all he could probably do was promote her and arrange work.
Thinking of this, Lin Sheng’s heart immediately tightened. An artist’s talent was one thing, but as her agent, he also had to do his best in everything!
Otherwise, the Xiang family could easily replace him with any new agent!
…
Back at the company, Lin Sheng eagerly plugged the USB drive into his computer.
Two of the ten songs were in foreign languages, both featuring sexy, husky voices—a stark contrast to Xiang Nuan’s pure and innocent appearance!
But Lin Sheng was incredibly excited!
Because every single one of the ten songs was a classic, each with a distinct style!
Immediately, Lin Sheng contacted his network of contacts and began working on the album.
Mu Yunge, after a day of rest, was brought to the company by Lin Sheng the next day to begin recording the album.
Mu Yunge nailed the recordings in one take almost every time, and all ten songs were recorded in a single day.
However, releasing an album isn’t just about recording songs; she also has to film music videos. She still has a lot to do!
But for Lin Sheng and the others, the hardest part was over!
After two weeks of intensive work, Mu Yunge’s first album was finally recorded!
After the new album recording was completed, Lin Sheng used the company’s account to repost Mu Yunge’s Weibo post, starting the promotion: “The new album is ready and will be released in ten days. The initial release will be ten million copies. This is Xiang Nuan’s sincere debut work. Everyone is welcome to buy it!”
As soon as Lin Sheng’s Weibo post was published, fans became excited.
“Ahhh, she’s finally released an album! My wallet is ready to buy, buy, buy!”
“Looking forward to it! Definitely supporting Nuan Nuan!”
Meanwhile, the haters focused on the ten million words with disdainful mockery.
“Even if the Xiang family is rich, they shouldn’t be so wasteful, right? Ten million albums? The highest-selling album in the music industry in recent years only sold five million. Xiang Nuan’s first album is selling that much; aren’t they afraid of being embarrassed later?”
Many of Xiang Nuan’s fans also expressed concern, asking, “Isn’t it a bit too much to order for Nuan Nuan’s first album?”
But the die-hard fans, who were initially attracted by her looks but ultimately won over by her talent, said: “No matter what, I will definitely support Nuan Nuan with all my might!”
…
Regardless of the online comments, Mu Yunge appeared to be in low spirits after recording the music video and went to knock on Yan Chen’s door.
Yan Chen had been waiting for Mu Yunge to knock on the door, so he quickly put on his glasses and went to open it.
Seeing Mu Yunge’s face, Yan Chen couldn’t help but say, “You don’t look well. You should get some rest. Come in and sit down.”
Mu Yunge glanced at him and then went into Yan Chen’s room.
After sitting on the sofa, Mu Yunge looked exhausted and said, “I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately. Do you have any sleeping pills?”
