Tian Mi married Tang Yan one year after Tang Yan proposed to her.
After getting married, the two of them moved out alone.
His intention was to allow Tian Mi to cook for him alone.
Only from a certain day, Tang Yan firmly disagreed with Tian Mi’s cooking.
“I’m telling you! I’m cooking, not doing hard work! It’s okay, you’re a grown man, don’t be so nagging!”
Tian Mi was very dissatisfied and looked at Tang Yan who had snatched her kitchen knife.
Tang Yan put the kitchen knife back in place and held Tian Mi in his arms: “My dear wife! You are not only yourself now! There is still a fragile baby in your belly! For the sake of our baby, you have to be obedient and peaceful~”
Tian Mi rolled her eyes at Tang Yan: “Why am I restless? I’m just cooking! Am I not here to cook for you? You treat my kindness as a donkey’s liver and lungs, hmph! I’m going back to my parents’ house!”
With that said, Tian Mi moved, trying to break away from Tang Yan’s hand.
Tang Yan embraced Tian Mi and refused to let it go: “No~ I know, I know, my wife cares about me! If you go back to your parent’s home, what will I do? I will starve to death~”
Tang Yan looked at Tian Mi pitifully.
Tian Mi didn’t move anymore and snorted: “You deserve to starve to death! Didn’t you let me cook?”
“I’m afraid that the sword has no eyes and will hurt my wife~”
“Pfft~” Tian Mi couldn’t hold it back and laughed out loud. The sword has no eyes…
Last night, she insisted on pulling Tang Yan to watch TV with her. One of the supporting actors inside said something like this, and he copied it today.
Seeing Tian Mi smile, Tang Yan was relieved: “Actually, I also want to eat the food cooked by you, my wife. You have spoiled my appetite. I can’t eat other people’s cooking. However, your husband really doesn’t want you to cook for me even though you are pregnant. How about this, let’s move back in, okay? Anyway, my parents have long wanted us to move back.”
Tian Mi was not an ignorant person, so after thinking about it, she nodded in agreement.
Tang Yan leaned over and smacked Tian Mi in the face: “My wife is so good!”
Tian Mi had a smile in her eyes, but she deliberately kept a straight face and said: “Why didn’t I see that your paralyzed face!?”
Tang Yan smiled and said: “The paralyzed face is for outsiders, but this face is only for insiders!”
“Poor-tongued!”
Eight months later–
Outside the delivery room, there were Tang Yan, Tang’s father and Tang’s mother, Tian’s father and Tian’s mother, and also Tian Meng and Fu Jin, who were already married.
“Isn’t it half a month before the due date? Why does she suddenly have a stomachache?!” Tian’s mother squeezed Tian’s father’s hand nervously and looked at the door of the delivery room.
Tang Yan said, “I don’t know. Everything was fine during dinner, but it hurts after sleeping for less than an hour.”
Tian Mi’s painful expression and groans frightened him.
“Okay, parents, don’t worry, it’s normal to give birth early. Medical technology is so advanced now, and the person who delivered Mimi’s baby is a senior obstetrician and gynecologist. So, it’s absolutely no problem.” Tian Meng comforted Tian’s father and Tian’s mother, but there was a hint of nervousness in her eyes.
Four hours later, the nurse came out with the two children in her arms and congratulated everyone with a smile: “The mother and children are safe. They are a pair of little princes!”
Tang Yan glanced at the two little babies who were sleeping soundly with their eyes squinted and asked the nurse: “Can we go in?”
The nurse nodded: “Yes, but try not to let too many people in. The mother is very weak now.”
Tang Yan nodded and walked into the delivery room.
Tian Mi was lying on the hospital bed with a pale face. She noticed Tang Yan’s gaze and opened her eyes slightly: “Have you seen our babies?”
Tang Yan nodded, with tears in his eyes. He kissed Tian Mi’s forehead: “Wife, I love you!”
