Luo Xi was taken aback. Luo Yuyi got a role that wasn’t even a supporting character?

“I’m the second female lead, and she’s the vicious third female lead. This script is adapted from a novel. I’ve read that novel and it is called My Dear Lady. I saw how your sister take advantage of you last time, so I was very surprised to see her name this time. Didn’t you know?” Chu Mei asked.

This drama was just a web series and not very popular, so it was relatively easy for her to land the second female lead role.

But unexpectedly she saw Luo Xi’s sister, Luo Yuyi.

In the past, Luo Yuyi was very high-profile. She was known for her good relationship with the school grass and her academic achievements. Her name also often appeared in the list of top students. “I knew she entered the entertainment industry, but I didn’t expect her to take on a role as a vicious supporting character.” Luo Xi shrugged and said.

Other schools wouldn’t accept a student with such a tarnished reputation. Maybe some primary schools would, but Zhou Yao didn’t think Luo Yuyi would consider them.

Chu Mei nodded, then asked Luo Xi, “Junior Sister Luo Xi, being an artist can earn you more money, why don’t you consider switching to acting? Chu Mei’s eyes sparkled as she smiled, “Well, I’m looking forward to your joining. But the competition for the female lead is fierce. They want a popular big star who is also beautiful and suitable for playing a student. So it’s quite challenging.”

Luo Xi frowned. That indeed sound difficult.

Seeing her reaction, Chu Mei comforted her. “But don’t worry, I’ll ask around. I’m not sure if it will work out though.”
