FMLRWS Chapter 228

“Shuanzi, you take her out first. I’ll go downstairs to deal with Brother Biao. The rest of you call the police. If the police come, Brother Biao won’t dare to stay for long. I’ll give him some photos for now!” Sister Yu, who had managed the bar for several years, quickly regained her composure and hurriedly said.

Shuanzi nodded and gave a fierce look to Luo Xi. “If you dare to break your promise, I won’t let you off!”

Luo Xi nodded. “Alright then,” and then she thought inside, ‘if you have the ability.’

“Follow me.” Luo Xi’s face was incredibly deceiving. Nobody suspected her intentions.

Moreover, they had already received five million yuan. There was nothing more enticing than that.

Even if they helped Brother Biao, they would only receive three million at most. They knew that Brother Biao was a like a vampire and there was no guarantee that he wouldn’t go back on his word!

So naturally they leaned towards Luo Xi’s side.

What enticed them even more was the condition of being free. They looked deeply at Luo Xi.

Luo Xi followed Shuanzi and went downstairs through a safe passage. When they reached the first floor, Shuanzi suddenly grabbed her and pulled her to the side to hide.

Two men in suits were smoking in the passage.

“Shh, those are Brother Biao’s men!” Shuanzi’s face tensed up. If he brought Luo Xi over now, those two men would definitely become suspicious.

He pondered for a moment and said, “I’ll lead them away! You keep running, there’s an alley ahead! Then call the police quickly!”

Luo Xi couldn’t help but look at him with a higher opinion. Wasn’t he afraid that she would run away and not come back?

Just as this thought crossed her mind, she heard him say, “If you don’t call the police, none of us will survive. You don’t know how terrifying Brother Biao is. His people are everywhere in this area. If you don’t act quickly, we’ll be in trouble. You may not be able to escape either!”

Alright then!

Luo Xi nodded.

Shuanzi took a deep breath and walked over.

Luo Xi saw that he said something to the two men and then the three of them quickly left.

Once they were gone, Luo Xi rushed out.

Outside was indeed a small dilapidated alley that was damp ans smelled of rotting garbage. Dim yellow lights illuminated the ground, creating a scary scene like of a horror movie.

But at this moment, Luo Xi was not in the mood to appreciate the surroundings. She hurriedly ran out of the alley.

When she reached the end of the alley and looked back, she saw that the club was actually an old dilapidated building. The words “Snowflake Club” were carved in bright green on the signboard. It gave people an uncomfortable feeling just by looking at it.

She was about to take out her phone to call the police when she froze.

Her phone!

She glanced around and realized that it was very late. She had no idea how long she had been missing. There wasn’t a single person on the road. Everywhere she looked, there were either bars or KTVs. Just by looking at it, she knew this wasn’t a good place.

What should she do?

She couldn’t even call for a taxi in such a place. How could she leave?

No wonder that young man named Shuanzi said that.

She couldn’t call the police now. If the person they called Brother Biao wanted to find her, wouldn’t those people all he doomed?

Although she didn’t know how ruthless that person was, judging from the fear in those people’s eyes, Luo Xi understood that he was not a kind-hearted person.

She had already sent her location to Leng Minhang. She didn’t know if he had seen it. Or rather, when would he arrive?

Thinking of the looks those people gave her, Luo Xi frowned deeply.

She actually hesitated because of a few people who threatened her just a while ago. She must be going crazy!
