FMLRWS Chapter 202

It was already 2 o’clock in the morning.

Although there was no thunder outside, occasional flashes of lightning illuminated the snarling trees outside the window. The heavy rain poured down on the window, adding to the restlessness in the air.

Xiao Hei entered the study with an unpleasant expression and suddenly knelt down on one knee. “Master!”

“Where did she go?” The man stared at the gloomy scene outside and asked coldly.

“The young madam went to the Royal Court Hotel with her friend, and around 8 o’clock, they went to the Royal Court Club. At that time, the young madam asked me to pick her up at 10:30. Coincidentally, there was an incident at the Night Charm’s side, and I had to go there, so I left first. I didn’t expect the young madam to return early. It was my negligence in not protecting her properly. Please punish me, Master!”

Although Xiao Hei didn’t know why Luo Xi left early, he knew about the recent incident. Since the master asked in such a manner, it must be related to what happened at night. He should have secretly protected Young Mdam, but he didn’t expect such an accident to occur. Xiao Hei deeply regretted his decision to leave at that time.

Leng Minhang’s aura turned cold. “Go and find out what happened! Go down and receive the punishment yourself!”

Xiao Hei relaxed slightly and left.

The butler entered the study after the person left.

“What is it, butler?” Leng Minhang sat back at his desk and rubbed his temples with his hand.

Seeing his furrowed brow, the burr knew that he was worried about Luo Xi’s health, so he reassured him, “Young Master, you don’t have to worry. Young Madam was probably just scared by a nightmare at night. Combined with the fever, it caused her to have this state of confusion. She will recover soon.”

“I hope so.” Leng Minhang sighed softly, then thought of something and asked again, “When did she come back at night?”

The butler thought for a while and answered, “It was around 10 o’clock. She hurriedly entered her room when she came back. Some servants noticed that her complexion wasn’t good. Everyone thought she was tired from playing, so they didn’t ask further. I think Young Madam may have encountered something unpleasant…”

Leng Minhang nodded. He also thought of that.

She was fine at the hotel, but she became like this after she went to the club. He remembered her pale face and the terrified and ferocious expression on her face when she entered. It was as if she had seen something terrible.

So, what did she see at the club that caused this series of symptoms?

But that wasn’t Leng Minhang’s biggest worry. His biggest concern was the doctor’s mention of schizophrenia.

Just what has she experienced that he didn’t know about?

And the Royal Court Club?

Leng Minhang narrowed his eyes. If he remembered correctly, it was an industry under the Feng family.

The Feng family, Feng Lingye…

When Luo Xi woke up the next day, she felt a heavy sensation in her brain and soreness all over her body.

What happened to her?

She struggled to sit up with both hands and realized that her nails were slightly painful!

What’s going on?

Luo Xi patted her head and took out her phone to check the time.

As soon as she looked at it, she was startled and accidentally threw her phone away.

It was ten o’clock!

Damn it! She was going to be late for the old witch’s class.

That person already had a grudge against her. Last time, she skipped class and asked Hua Feifei to cover for her. However, she received a major punishment and was warned that if she was caught again, she would have to stand on the playground downstairs as a penalty.

It was no small punishment!

Standing there for a while was fine, since no one would pay attention. But if she had to stand for two hours, she would definitely be stared at by thousands of eyes.
