“Han Yang had such an accident, so your Uncle Han and Aunt Lu will definitely not be in a better mood. When the time comes, you should be better behaved, be sweeter, and don’t look sad so that makes your Uncle Han and Aunt Lu feel uncomfortable.”
Han Yang is the only son of Han Guoan and Lu Su. Now that such an accident has happened, they must be the most painful because not only do they have to bear the blow that their son may be in a vegetative state for the rest of his life, but at the same time, they also have to deal with the pressure from the outside world.
If Han Yang never wakes up, the inheritance of the Han family will become a big problem. Since the news was announced by the media, the stock price of the Han family has been falling.
Several of Han Guoan’s nephews were jumping up and down now. It seemed that they were all determined to win over the Han family. Not only that, several of Lu Su’s nephews and nieces also seemed to be restless.
Recently, they had been running to the hospital one after another, greeting this uncle/aunt. It seemed that they also wanted this piece of the pie.
Now that the Han family was facing internal and external troubles, Han Guoan and Lu Su’s mood would definitely not be much better.
The Xiao family’s breakfast was Western-style. Ah Wu looked at the knife and fork in her hand. Although she knew how to use it because she inherited the memory of the original body, she still felt novel when she actually held the knife and fork in her hand.
There were slices of bread on the table, various kinds of jams, as well as crispy bacon and waffles topped with maple syrup.
Ah Wu took a little of each to taste. Her gastrointestinal function was not good, so she felt full even after eating only a little.
She was probably the only one on the table who was really enjoying the food at the table. Bai Xinyue and Xiao Heng were not thinking about the breakfast at the table. After eating a few hasty meals, Bai Xinyue took the two sisters out.
***
Han Yang had passed the most dangerous period and was now placed in the general ward of the hospital.
The Han family is rich. Han Yang’s ward is a single room with a side bedroom specially reserved for relatives who stay overnight. In addition, it has a complete kitchen and bathroom, just like an ordinary hotel suite.
When Bai Xinyue took the two sisters there, there was only Lu Su and a nurse in the ward. Han Guoan was not in the hospital. He should have gone to the company to stabilize the overall situation.
When they walked in, Lu Su had just hung up the phone. Judging from her expression, the content of the phone call made her unhappy.
“You are here.”
Lu Su was not in the mood to chat at this moment. Her only son was still lying on the hospital bed. Her good life might have ended.
Let alone Bai Xinyue and her daughter, even if the King of Heaven came, it would be difficult for her to smile.
“How is Han Yang’s health? Did the doctor say anything?”
Because of the marriage contract between their children, Bai Xinyue and Lu Su had always been close. Now she held Lu Su’s hand to comfort her, and Lu Su did not break away.
“What else can I say? The chance of waking up is slim. My Ah Yang…it’s very likely that he will be like this for the rest of his life…”
Now Lu Su was just an ordinary mother. She covered her face tightly with her hands, not wanting others to see her crying expression.
