“I have a notebook that I have kept since I started studying medicine. If you like it, I will ask the servant in the mansion to bring it to you tomorrow.”
Imperial Physician Wang tried his best not to let his smile be too exaggerated and spoke to Ah Wu in a kind tone.
“In the future, I will come to the Marquis’ Mansion every ten days to check Young Lady’s pulse and see if the prescription needs to be adjusted. If Young Lady has any questions, you can ask me.”
After Ah Wu expressed her gratitude, Imperial Physician Wang took the medical box and left the Marquis of Changping’s Mansion.

“What’s wrong with the Sixth Young Lady of the Marquis of Changping’s Mansion? They invited you over at noon, but only let you go back late at night.”
In order to prevent the masters in the palace from summoning them at the same time, two to three imperial physicians were required to be on duty in the Imperial Medical Bureau every twelve hours.
Today, it was the turn of Imperial Physician Wang and another Imperial Physician Liu to be on duty.
This Imperial Physician Liu was the imperial physician specializing in pediatrics who was ordered by the Emperor to take care of Ling Zhuo’s health when she was a child.
Later, when Ling Zhuo’s health was almost cured, he was replaced by Imperial Physician Wang, an all-around imperial physician. He was appointed to provide her with follow-up warming and nourishing treatment.
“I met the Seventh Young Lady of the Marquis’s Mansion and took her pulse.”
The stingy Imperial Physician Wang would not tell others what he had discovered. For such a smart apprentice, he was afraid that others would compete with him.
Thinking that he might be able to teach a generation of medical saints, Imperial Physician Wang stroked his goat beard and felt very happy.
“Seventh Young Lady? Is that the rumored young lady who is said to be wandering outside?”
A few years ago, Imperial Physician Liu was a frequent visitor to the Marquis of Changping’s Mansion. Naturally, he knew that the youngest daughter in the mansion was the Sixth Young Lady, and there had never been a Seventh Young Lady.
Who said men didn’t have gossip? At this moment, Imperial Physician Liu became interested and wanted to ask Imperial Physician Wang what the situation was like in the Marquis’s Mansion.
Did the Seventh Young Lady, who was born to the same mother as the Sixth Young Lady, look exactly like her twin sister?
“Imperial Physician Wang, the Internal Eunuch’s Mansion sent someone to ask for a physician.”
A young eunuch interrupted the conversation between the two.
“I see.”
When Imperial Physician Wang was called, the joy on his face disappeared and he replied in a cold tone.
It was never a good thing when the imperial physician was invited to the Internal Eunuchs’ Office.
Either he was asking to save the lives of those beautiful palace maids and eunuchs who were tortured by Yan Zhongying until they were left with half their lives, or he was asking for the treatment of the wounds of the eunuchs’ lackeys.
No matter which one it was, Imperial Physician Wang was unhappy.
“I heard that he recently adopted a son and liked him very much. He even gave him a surname and named him Yan Yu. This young eunuch Yan looks handsome and elegant, but his methods are extremely cruel. You have to be careful.”
Imperial Physician Liu whispered something in Imperial Physician Wang’s ear.
“Yeah, I know.”
Imperial Physician Wang knew who the person he was talking about was. Back then, he had treated the child’s injuries.
A young eunuch of that level was not qualified to be treated by an imperial physician, but Wang Miao was a medical fanatic and liked to treat some strange and difficult diseases.
That time, the young eunuch was beaten so hard with a stick and developed a high fever all over his body. He also developed a red rash on his body and was almost mistaken for smallpox and sent out of the palace to be executed.
He was discovered and stopped by Wang Miao on the way out of the palace. He was very curious about how someone could still maintain a certain degree of clarity of will despite such a high fever, so he simply took the child to his side and treated him carefully for a while.
When the other party was half asleep and half awake, Wang Miao could often hear him calling someone’s name, but unfortunately, his voice was too soft. It seemed to be pronounced like Xiao Wu or something like that.
At that time, Wang Miao felt that humans were really magical and could fight against the King of Hell by relying on willpower.
After the young eunuch recovered from his illness, he returned to the Internal Eunuch’s Mansion.
When Wang Miao heard the news about him again, he was no longer Xiao Yanzi, but Yan Yu, the adopted son valued by the powerful Chief Eunuch Yan.
It was hard to describe his feelings.
Before this, Wang Miao always thought that he was a kind-hearted child, so he could remember someone in his heart and live tenaciously for that person. Now it seemed that the deep palace was really the place that could change people the most.
He didn’t know whether the young eunuch Yan still remembered the person he still missed at the critical moment of life and death. When he did these things, did he ever think about whether that person would accept it?
The joy of having half a good apprentice was diluted. Imperial Physician Wang took the medical box and followed the young eunuch to the Internal Eunuch’s Mansion.
