“Hi, beauty, what’s your name?” From a distance, he greeted Mo Xueyao as if no one else was there.

To be honest, it felt a little too familiar. It made Mo Xueyao uncomfortable.

If he had yelled, “Brother, what’s your name?” perhaps Mo Xueyao would have naturally told him her name. However, because he didn’t read the text well, his pronunciation was slurred, and he read too quickly, resembling a monk chanting scriptures. This disrupted everyone’s orderly reading and made many people burst into laughter.

Just when everyone couldn’t help but laugh together, the bell for the morning assembly rang.

But today, being the first day of school, the morning exercises were replaced by a morning speech.

It was tedious to have to stand still during the assembly and listen to those boring speeches.
