[QTC] MBDT Chapter 57

Damn it!

Ouyang Qing cursed in his heart.

He had never been treated like this before and this Bei Yutang was still the first one. If it weren’t for Yang Tianying, he would not mind playing with her. Conquering such a woman is more fulfilling than a sticky woman.

Ouyang Qing put away his emotions and walked to his seat. Bei Yutang’s seat leaned in the front row, a row higher than Ouyang Qing’s, which was also a symbol of status.

When many people saw that the representatives of the Ouyang family and the Bei family were both of the younger generation, they could not help but look at them, especially Bei Yutang.

Recently, the incident of Bei Yutang is often mentioned in upper-class society.

Many people can see that Bei Yutang is very similar to her father Bei Zhihong and even handles things in a more iron-blooded style.

Many families have already set their sights on Bei Yutang, wanting to catch her and the Bei’s family behind her through marriage. Among them, the most active one is the Ouyang family.

The auction will start soon. Many groups are vying for the east part of the city. Originally, Bei Zhihong was determined to win this place, but after Bei Yutang’s intervention, he gave up the pursuit of this area.

She remembered that in the original owner’s previous life, Bei Zhihong gave up the south area of the city to the Ouyang family precisely because he took the east area of the city. But Bei Zhihong never imagined that this land was a trap set by the Shangguan family for the Bei family.

The Shangguan family did not know where they got the news. They knew that the wetland not far from the land was soon planned to be a national-level nature reserve.

As a result, the land cannot be used commercially, nor can it be built into a high-end residential area. A piece of land sold at a high price has undoubtedly become a piece of wasteland.

The east area of the city is divided into three parts, two of which are small in size, but the one on the east side is the largest and the best location, so it is naturally the target of the major groups.

The Ouyang family, Bei family, Shangguan family, and other big companies in the first two lands did not move until the auctioneer started bidding on the third land.

After the auctioneer introduced the basic situation of this land, he began to enter the auction.

“The starting price is 30 million and each increase is no less than 1 million.”

As soon as the words fell, someone immediately raised a placard on the field.

One sound after another, the price quickly soared from 30 million to 80 million, and the momentum gradually began to fall. At this time, Ouyang Qing made a move.

“Eighty-five million.”

The auctioneer immediately shouted: “Guest No. 7 bid eighty-five million.”

Bei Yutang followed suit, “Ninety million.”

Ouyang Qing could not help but glance sideways at Bei Yu Tang. Bei Yutang looked at the stage without squinting, with a calm expression.

While Ouyang Qing was watching, the members of Shangguan family also raised their signs.

“Ninety-five million.”

Ouyang Qing continued to raise the placard.

After he raised the placard, Bei Yutang followed suit and then the Shangguan family also followed, including other companies. When the price soared to 100 million yuan, the pace of bidding slowed down.

“One hundred and fifty million.” Bei Yutang quoted a price.

The Shangguan family immediately followed, “One hundred and sixty million.”

Ouyang Qing looked at the two of them chasing one after another and began to feel a little bit drummed in his heart. If these two families are bound to win this piece of land, it will be very difficult for him to win it.

The Bei family and the Shangguan family are both first-class families with strong strength, while the Ouyang family is obviously in a weak position to compete with the two of them. However, this land is related to whether he can gain a firm foothold in the Ouyang family, which is extremely important to him.

The Ouyang family’s budget is only 200 million. Looking at the current momentum, the price must exceed 200 million. This is definitely not good news for Ouyang Qing.
