After the movie was released, word of mouth exploded. Less than a day later, most theater ticket outlets announced that the online ticket purchase channel had been closed, and today’s tickets were all sold out.
Some people thought that they could buy tickets for tomorrow, but they found that the tickets for the next day were also sold out.
They were immediately confused. What was going on?
Then they pushed it back, but the tickets for the day after tomorrow were also sold out.
They were immediately furious. They gave the Alan Cinema Ticketing App one star and cursed it in major app stores.
Angry netizens: “F*ck, I’ve been waiting for almost a year. Who would have thought that I couldn’t buy a ticket? What a crappy app. If it wasn’t for the zero-point rate, I would have wanted to give a zero-point rate.”
The whole person was furious: “I am speechless. There are cinemas where you can’t buy movie tickets. What is your cinema doing? Who are you trying to fool with the 30% screening capacity?”
It’s not easy: “Alan Cinema, are you stupid? The box office of “Epic” has sold out all over the country, but you still haven’t scheduled more screenings? Only a few people watched some of the movies next door. Don’t you know how to calculate? Don’t you know which one makes money? I’ll give you a one-star review. You’re welcome!”
People on the Internet were almost mad. It was not easy to get a phenomenal blockbuster in the summer season, but there were no tickets to watch it. Who can stand this?
Suddenly, all the major ticketing apps became punching bags. Regardless of anything else, here’s a one-star review.
At this time, the cinema chain was also going crazy.
When it was released at midnight, “Epic” was not well-known. After all, it was at night and not many people watched the movie. However, those who had watched it gradually spread the news on the Internet.
After watching the movie, quite a number of netizens expressed their opinions in the comments section of major ticket outlets or on Weibo.
Don’t be afraid of rumors: “Has anyone seen “Epic”? I just went to see the movie with my friends and was stunned. Is this a special effect made by a domestic movie? When I saw the silver dragon staring at me, I almost peed my pants. It’s amazing!”
Wang Buluixing: “Just like the above person, I went to watch “Epic” in the middle of the night. There were quite a few people, at least one-third of the room. This movie is really good. I can’t say what is good about it, but everything is good. In addition, Qiao Nan is too beautiful. It would be a shame if she is not popular!”
How can a sparrow know the ambition of a swan?: “I cried when the elf’s homes were destroyed, I cried when the Orc Chief Priest committed suicide, I cried when Arthur became king, and I cried miserably when the new Orc King was born. This movie is really great. There are no boring moments, no stupid supporting roles, no clichéd plots, and the actors’ acting is good. It’s worth the price of the ticket. I’ll go watch it again during the day. When I watched it just now, I was so focused on the plot that I didn’t even watch the movie properly.”
Netizens promoted it everywhere like tap water, causing many people to watch “Epic” during the day, and then another wave of people were captured by the movie.
But this wave of people was captured. Unlike the first wave, the first thing they did was buy tickets to watch it again.
The thoughts in their hearts were: D*mn, I was so focused on crying just now that I didn’t watch the movie properly.
It was a typical commercial blockbuster, and the final Easter egg shot was simply the strongest tearjerker in the film. Even the most heartless person could not help but be moved when seeing the baby, which symbolized hope.
Gradually, word spread from one person to ten, from ten to a hundred, from a hundred to ten thousand, and finally, it spread all over the country.
“Epic” became a hit, an absolute hit!
It soared into the sky with a momentum that surpassed all the movies in this year’s summer season.
By three o’clock in the afternoon, all the major cinemas in first-tier cities had sold out their tickets.
