Yi Qingqing couldn’t help but reflect on herself. Perhaps the reason she was so good at flirting with Yun Guyuan was because she liked him so much that it was a natural thing to do, rather than because she had read too many novels in her previous life.
She glanced at Yun Guyuan again with suspicion.
Good heavens, she had almost been led astray by him!
“Let’s go mail the letter.” Yun Guyuan said, changing the subject.
Yi Qingqing: “…”
Someone is really getting more and more wicked!
The topic was dropped, and the two of them went to mail the letter.
Yun Guyuan then asked her, “What are your plans for the next trip?”
Yi Qing checked the time and realized that it was still quite early.
“Let’s go back to school. We can just wander around the school this afternoon.”
She still had time today, so she wanted to go to Shuchun Garden to check out the Shihu Garden sign-in location, which required four sign-in points.
These days, she had spent most of her research on the sign-in locations at Beijing University, where she had some doubts about.
She had already figured out the one on the library rooftop, but hadn’t found any trace of the one in Minghe Garden. As for the sign-in location in Yannan Garden with its high sign-in points of 5, Yi Qingqing had already given up on it.
She found some information about the Yannan Garden faculty apartments in the library, especially buildings 51-66, which had a sign-in location with 5 sign-in points.
This place had indeed been inhabited, or was still inhabited, by some prominent figures in various fields.
She learned about each of them one by one. For example, the famous historian Mr. Xiang Da lived in Building 50, the physicist and educator Mr. Rao Yutai lived in Building 51, and Mr. Jiang Zehan, a famous mathematician, lives there now. The historical geographer Mr. Hou Renzhi lived in Building 61, and so on.
It wasn’t surprising that a place where these scholars had lived or were currently living had a Level 5 sign-in skill.
However, Yi Qingqing had no intention of delving into history, geography, physics, mathematics, or literature. She felt that these subjects were not very useful for cultivating her character or entertaining herself, and she had no interest in them, so she gave up on them.
In the end, only the ‘Shihu Garden Sign-in Location’ in Shuchun Garden remained.
Yi Qingqing also found the connection between the names Shuchun Garden and ‘Shihu Garden’. It must be said, the library is a treasure trove; the information was discovered here.
Several ancient gardens at Beijing University were actually part of the former Yuanmingyuan Garden. Historical records indicated that the name Shuchun existed during the Qianlong era and was later bestowed upon Heshen. Through his extensive renovations and construction, Shuchun Garden became the most prestigious private garden in Beijing at the time.
The name ‘Shihu Garden’ was an alternate name given by Heshen to Shuchun Garden.
Even the island in the lake and the stone boat in Shuchun Garden today were built by Heshen.
This was also the most prosperous period for Shuchun Garden.
Therefore, the Shihu Garden sign-in location should also be a sign-in location that spans history, so Yi Qingqing decided to go and take a look.
After having lunch, the two of them took a bus back to school.
Yi Qingqing went back to her dormitory first to put down her package before going downstairs to follow Yun Guyuan there.
Yi Qingqing had studied the 3D map of Beijing University many times, so she was very familiar with the roads and streets on campus. She led Yun Guyuan through several winding paths until they found the place.
Yun Guyuan acted as a perfect accessory throughout, following her wherever she went.

Yuanmingyuan Garden (Part 1)
Yuanmingyuan is a large-scale imperial garden of the Qing Dynasty in China, a National Level Tourist Attraction. It is located at No. 28, Qinghua West Road, Haidian District, Beijing Municipality, covering an area of more than 350 hectares, of which the water surface area is about 140 hectares.
It consists of Yuanmingyuan, Qichun Garden, and Changchun Garden, with Yuanmingyuan being the largest, hence the collective name Yuanmingyuan (also known as the Three Gardens of Yuanmingyuan).
Yuanmingyuan not only incorporated several famous scenic gardens from the Jiangnan region but also transplanted Western garden architecture, synthesizing the pinnacle of garden art from both ancient and modern times, as well as from China and abroad. It can be considered one of the treasure troves of human culture and was the largest museum in the world at the time.
