After taking a shower, Ye Cheng changed into cotton sleepwear and came out.
Seeing him, Mu Yunge glanced at him and said, “Ye Cheng, I heard you’re planning to develop an online game soon. Do you need my help?”
Hearing this, Ye Cheng felt a warm sensation in his heart and then shook his head, “No, just leave it to them. You still have your work at the Academy to deal with. You’re busy enough.”
Mu Yunge couldn’t help but smile slightly at this and then said, “It’s okay. The Academy doesn’t have much to do lately, so it won’t take much time for me to help you.”
Ye Cheng didn’t refuse and directly handed her the project information.
Mu Yunge had always known that Ye Cheng had already established his own company, but she had no interest in prying into Ye Cheng’s privacy, so she didn’t know what he actually did.
As for the fact that Ye Cheng was developing a game recently, she saw it on the Internet, so she asked casually.
But after she saw the game information Ye Cheng gave her, Mu Yunge discovered that this game actually had some plot similarities to Miracle.
However, Miracle was a holographic online game in the holographic era, while the one developed by Ye Cheng’s company was a web-based game.
After reading the information, Mu Yunge couldn’t help but look up at Ye Cheng.
“Who came up with this game’s plot?”
Hearing Mu Yunge’s words, Ye Cheng softly replied, “I came up with the general plot based on Norse mythology. The other details are adapted from myths and legends from other countries.”
At these words, Mu Yunge’s eyes narrowed. After a moment, she nodded and said, “Well, this plot is quite good.”
Was it really a coincidence?
This plot was actually Ye Cheng’s idea.
Could it be that Ye Cheng, like her, was a tasker forced to bind himself to the system?
However, as soon as this thought came to her mind, Mu Yunge dismissed it.
No, it was impossible.
She had experienced countless worlds, and apart from anything else, her judgment of people was impeccable. If Ye Cheng were truly a tasker like her, then he should be working hard to protect the relationship between the hero and heroine.
But she didn’t see anything unusual about this Ye Cheng.
Furthermore, the system had stated when it first bound her that it was unique.
Therefore, Ye Cheng couldn’t possibly be a tasker like her.
Furthermore, myths similar to those in God-level plots do exist in this world, so it must really be just a coincidence.
Afterward, Mu Yunge began importing the game data into her computer, then placed the tablet on her lap and began moving her fingers.
Watching her diligently typing the code, Ye Cheng’s eyes grew deeper and gentler.
And with Mu Yunge’s help, the task that Ye Cheng had originally planned to complete in six months was completed in just one month.
Because the hardest part had already been solved by Mu Yunge.
So, Ye Cheng said to Mu Yunge, “Ke’er, go back to your room and get some sleep. The company will take care of the rest.”
Hearing this, Mu Yunge yawned and nodded, then headed for the bathroom.
Mu Yunge had originally planned to shower before going to bed, but unexpectedly, the power went out while she was halfway through!
Instantly, the entire room was plunged into darkness!
Soon, Ye Cheng knocked on the door, his mobile phone on.
“Ke’er, are you okay?” Ye Cheng asked anxiously.
Hearing this, Mu Yunge quickly replied, “I’m fine. I just haven’t finished my shower yet, and I’m covered in bubbles!”
