Under the envious gazes of Eve and the others, Bei Yutang followed the vampire out of the gilded pigsty.

The vampire walked very fast, showing no concern for whether she could keep up. Fortunately, she had been practicing the Ice Palm internal energy technique daily, and her daily physical training within the palace allowed her to barely keep pace.

Passing through a series of magnificent halls, they walked for a full hour before arriving at a palace. Bei Yutang was then pushed inside. Before her lay a large pool, shrouded in mist.

Four human maids stepped forward and began to undress her and then wash her.

They were very rough, scrubbing her skin layer by layer, as if trying to peel it off.

“I don’t need you. I’ll do it myself.”

The four women seemed not to hear her, their grip remaining firm.

Seeing they wouldn’t listen, Bei Yutang used a clever trick to easily break free from their grasp.

The four women were stunned, not expecting her to do such a thing, and it took them a while to react.

“You’re about to be delivered to the Duke. We must remove all the filth from you to avoid defiling him. Hurry up, don’t waste time, or we’ll all suffer.” The leading maid warned coldly.

“No need, I can clean myself.”

The four women exchanged glances, but unable to catch her, they could only let Bei Yutang wash herself.

Damn it, she was preparing to wash herself clean and be eaten.

Before, ‘eaten’ meant something else entirely, but here, it meant literally being eaten.

The thought of becoming someone else’s ‘dish’ made her cringe, even though she didn’t have any balls.
