CTTT Chapter 157.3

When the agent heard the conditions mentioned by Qi Xinya, she thought for a long time. Then, a candidate popped up in her mind.

“What do you think of Yin Yunge?”

“Yin Yunge? Hahaha, are you dreaming? Is she willing to lower her price to shoot a microfilm? She is very arrogant, so it is definitely impossible.”

The agent took a deep breath and persuaded Qi Xinya.

“Why don’t you give it a try? Persuade her to participate in the competition and then let her go to Director Jiang’s crew for an audition.”

“Your husband wants the new special effects technology she has. If you can really accomplish this, Director Jiang will thank you. Wouldn’t that also help you get the new special effects technology your husband wants?”

The agent’s words stunned Qi Xinya. She almost forgot about it.

Previously, Guo Fei asked someone to find Jiang Ting and wanted to buy the rights to use the new special effects technology in his movie, but Jiang Ting said that she would not sell it for the time being.

After the filming of the variety show she was currently participating in was completed, she would consider selling the copyright to use the new special effects technology, so Guo Fei could only wait with peace of mind.

Guo Fei also told Qi Xinya about this matter.

Qi Xinya is now married to Guo Fei. Husband and wife are one body. As a wife, she naturally has to carefully consider what her husband wants and make some plans for him.

Now Director Jiang wants her to film a movie, but she is pregnant and cannot do it. But she can help Director Jiang find a suitable actress!

After spending a short time together, Qi Xinya felt that Director Jiang was not bad. Maybe she could be the first to secure the right to use the new special effects technology for her husband.

After thinking about it, Qi Xinya also began to seriously consider the candidates recommended by her agent.

Yin Yunge, who has been filming for many years, is a famous actress in the film industry with Qi Xinya. She can be regarded as Qi Xinya’s old rival.

However, while Qi Xinya enjoyed success in both career and love in the past two years, the other party was much more miserable. Every movie she shot failed. Now three of them had failed in a row. People in the industry had vaguely labeled her as box office poison.

After thinking about it, she felt that the person recommended by the agent really fits Jiang Ting’s idea of the female lead.

But, this person…

They had dealt with each other before when they were competitors. The other party was not easy to get along with and had a bit of a stubborn temper.

She frowned and said, “She is usually arrogant and proud, and she is also a first-line actress in the circle. Although the movies she has made in the past two years are not good, her status is still there. Even if I go to find her, will she be willing to act in Director Jiang’s microfilm?”

“Why is it impossible?” The agent smiled.

“You still thought that she was the popular Yin Yunge! Her latest new movie in the first half of the year failed again. The investment cost 30 million yuan, but the movie was taken offline and the total box office was only 12 million yuan. She lost so much money that her mother didn’t even recognize her. It’s lucky that someone wants her to act in a movie.”

“You go and tell her that Director Jiang wants you to film, but you can’t take it because of schedule conflicts. She will definitely agree.”

“She has always regarded you as a competitor. When she hears that Director Jiang approached you for a role but you rejected it, she will definitely not give up.”

The agent gave Qi Xinya advice.

Qi Xinya thought about it and agreed that what the agent said was true.

“Okay, I’ll contact her later!”

Jiang Ting left with a heart full of disappointment. She had the urge to rewrite the script and choose actors, but she didn’t know that someone was going to send her actors by accident.
